• Where is Trieste?
  Trieste (Italy) is located at the highest corner of the Adriatic sea and the Mediterranean basin, approximately 60 miles North-East from Venice.
  
  
• What is inside the CD-ROM?
  Trieste in Pictures CD-ROM contains more than 300 high resolution digital images of Trieste. To learn more, visit the Content page.
  
  
• Who took the pictures?
  All pictures contained in the CD-ROM are original work of art by the authors: Paolo Tosolini and Francesca Ostrouska. The photos were shot using a digital camera Canon PowerShot S1 IS with 3.2 Megapixel.
  
  
• Is the CD-ROM available in English?
  Yes, the CD-ROM contains both an English and Italian interactive introduction.
  
  
• What's the end-user license for the pictures?
  Images in the CD-ROM can be utilized royalty free for nonprofit purpose, provided the following copyright note is included: © Tosolini LLC. Copying or reproduction of substantial portion of the disc, as well as use of the images for commercial purpose, requires previous authorization by the authors.
  
  
• Why was this CD-ROM created?
  Trieste in Pictures is specifically targeted to Trieste emigrants and its "lovers" around the world. Through more than 300 pictures, this CD-ROM captures the essence of the city as it is today. If you have been missing from Trieste for some time, the photos on this CD-ROM will immediately refresh the emotional connection you have with this place you love so much.
  
  
• Does the CD-ROM contain any music?
  This first edition of Trieste in Pictures contains no music. Depending on the success of this first release, and the feedback we receive from customers, we'll consider creating a second edition of the CD-ROM with more photos and traditional folk music.
